Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in the original packaging
  • You include the order number or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at info@icelandicmagic.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, email us at info@icelandicmagic.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
